Minimum order is 6 pieces of jewelry (any price range). There is no minimum for reorders.

COD, pro forma, or Visa/MC accepted as payment for initial orders. Net 30 available for reorders upon approval of credit.

All orders are guaranteed. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange it for you. Repairs on any One-Eyed Collie jewelry pieces done free of charge. Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Please note: we cannot accept returns on custom orders.)

Exclusivity policy: Exclusives can be requested by zip code. You must remain an active account and order $1000/year to be guaranteed an exclusive.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are subject to a "rush handling" fee.

Actual shipping charges and a $2.50 handling fee will be applied to each order. FREE shipping for orders of $500 or more. Shipping is done via UPS ground, F.O.B. Seattle, WA. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
